Shares Listed: 6,40,000 Bonus Shares of GMFIL and Bonus, Rights Shares of NBL

6,40,000 bonus shares of Guheshowori Merchant Bank & Finance Limited (GMFIL) are now listed in NEPSE.

The recent AGM of the company endorsed a 11.4% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company distributed 8% of the paid-up capital as bonus shares and 3.4% as a cash dividend. The cash dividend includes the amount for tax purposes as well.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. The paid-up capital of the company before dividend distribution was Rs. 80 crores. Note that the company has already distributed the cash dividend to bank accounts of its investors. 

Similarly, 1,35,39,384.24 bonus shares and 3,44,764 right shares of Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) are also listed in NEPSE. The bank distributed 12% bonus shares and 4% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Meanwhile, the right shares are the due quantity that was pending to be listed.
