30% right shares of Shikhar Insurance Company Limited have been listed in NEPSE.
Shikhar Insurance Company Limited had recently issued 30% right shares to its shareholders. The non-life insurance company had issued 31,71,932 unit shares for its shareholders at par value of Rs 100. Out of the total units; 30,84,519.2 units shares got subscribed by eligible applicants. Still, 87,412.8 units got unsubscribed which is 2.75% of the total issue. This was auctioned to the general public.
Now, the shares are listed on NEPSE for trading. As of writing, the LTP of Shikhar Insurance is Rs. 1250 per share.
