Shares Listed: 2,43,250 unit shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta (SLBBL)

2,43,250 unit shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

These are the shares obtained after the acquisition of Janakpur Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

After the successful acquisition of Janakpur Laghubitta, Swarojgar Laghubitta has commenced the joint operation from 25th Ashwin, 2077. The joint operation is being carried out in the name of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) signed a preliminary Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Janakpur Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for merger and acquisition on Magh 28, 2076 at 3:30 PM. The separate SGM help by the two companies on Shrawan 10 had made the proposal of acquisition. Nepal Rastra Bank then approved the proposal on Ashwin 02.
