Shares Listed: 12.39% Bonus Shares of SLBBL and 13% Bonus Shares of NUBL

4,53,421.77 units bonus shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) are now listed in NEPSE.

The 12th AGM of the company held on Falgun 29, 2077 endorsed the dividend proposed for the fiscal year 2076/77: 12.39% bonus shares and 0.65% cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 34,16,12,120. The same bonus shares are now listed.

The ordinary shares of the company closed at Rs. 1,377 in the secondary market yesterday.

Similarly, 19,50,000 bonus shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL) are also listed in NEPSE.

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta convened its 22nd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sharad Nidhi Tiwari on Falgun 25, 2077. The AGM endorsed the proposal to provide 13% bonus shares worth Rs 19.50 crore and 0.68% cash dividend worth Rs 1.02 crore for taxation purposes.

The same bonus shares are now listed. The ordinary shares of the company closed at Rs. 1,614 in the secondary market yesterday.
