City Express Finance Limited (CEFL) has announced book closure for its upcoming 13th AGM.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the finance company will be closing its shareholders register book from Kartik 16 till Kartik 29, 2075. The shareholders holding the shares of the company till Kartik 15 will be eligible to participate in the upcoming AGM of the company.
