Share certificate distribution by Sewa Bikas and Unique Finance from today

Sewa Bikas Bank limited (SBBL) is distributing 5, 25,200 unit of right share certificate (including auctioned and undistributed right share) to its shareholders from 1st chaitra 2071 (today).

The issue manager of this right share was NMB Capital so the certificate would be distributed at the share department which is NMB capital located in Babarmahal, Kathmandu.  The share will be distributed from Sunday (today) to till Friday during the office hours.

Also, Unique Finance Limited is distributing 11.50% Bonus Share Certificate to its shareholders from today.

Unique Finance Limited (UFIL) 7th AGM held on Falgun 28 had endorsed 11.50 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM on Friday at Civil Capital Market Limited located in Kathmandu plaza, kamaladi, according to a notice issued by the finance today.
