Shankar Dahal appointed as an independent director of Sunrise Bank

Shankar Prasad Dahal appointed as an independent board director of Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL).The meeting of the board of directors (BoD) held on Dec 18 last year decided to appoint Dahal as the independent board director.
According to the statement from the bank, Dahal will have four-year of tenure in the bank. Bank´s chairman Motilal Dugar welcomed newly appointed director in the board, the bank said in a statement on Thursday.
