Shangrila Development Bank Provides Warm Clothes to Ilam’s Flood and Landslide Victims
Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) distributed warm clothes to flood and landslide-affected families in Ilam. In separate events held on Mangsir 15, the bank handed over warm jackets and collected clothing for the mayors of Suryodaya Municipality, Ranbahadur Rai, and Ilam Municipality, Kedar Thapa. The bank’s Marketing Department Head, Arpana Bajracharya, led the handover.
For Suryodaya Municipality, the bank provided 350 new jackets along with seven sacks of warm clothes collected from donors. Similarly, for Ilam Municipality, 175 new jackets and five sacks of donated warm clothes were distributed.

The initiative was carried out as part of the bank’s commitment made on its establishment day to support disaster-affected communities in Ilam.
With strong public trust, Shangrila Development Bank currently operates 109 branches and 30 ATMs. The bank emphasized its adherence to good governance, risk management, and internal control practices, and expressed its commitment to further expanding its services in the future.
