Shangri-la doles out 19.17% cash divdend; Paschimanchal Finance also distributing 15% bonus shares

Shangri-la Development Bank Limited has started distributing dividend warrants for 19.17 percent cash dividend it had offered for the last fiscal year 2069/70.
The dividend was endorsed by the six Annual General Meeting of the development bank held on April 6.
The dividend warrants can be collected from the office of Shangr-la’s RTS, Growmore Merchant Banker Limited at Durbar Marg from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM from Sunday from Thursday, and from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday.
The development bank based in Pokhara, which recently merged with Bageshwori Development Bank, had posted a net profit of Rs 8.5 crore in the last fiscal year.
Meanwhile, Paschimanchal Finance Company Limited is also distributing 15 percent bonus share certificate to its shareholders from today.
