Shangri-La Development Bank’s integrated business from July 13

Shangri-La Development Bank Limited and Bageshwori Development Bank Limited have received final merger approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
Following the approval, the merged entity, which has retained the name of Shangri-La Development Bank Limited, has announced that it will start the integrated business from July 13.
The merged class ‘B’ BFI will be headquartered in New Road, according to a notice issued by the development bank.
