Shakya re-elected NFIA president

KATHMANDU, MAR 17:

Nepal Financial Institutions Association (NFIA) has re-elected Rajendra Man Shakya, CEO of Synergy Finance, as the president of the umbrella body of finance companies in the country. Shakya was elected to the top post of the association during the 17th annual general meeting of the umbrella body held in Kathmandu on Friday, says a statement issued by the association. The AGM also elected Saroj Kaji Tuladhar, CEO of Goodwill Finance, as the association´s vice president, while Rajib Pokharel, managing director of Premier Finance, was elected as the general secretary of the association. Likewise, Mana Bahing Rai, CEO of Sagarmatha Merchant Banking and Finance, was elected as the treasurer of the association.
