SGM of merging entities Sadhana Laghubitta and Aarthik Samriddhi Laghubitta on 25th Jestha, 2076; swap ratio determined at 100:80
Two microfinance companies in the process of merger, have announced their Special General Meeting (SGM).
Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be convening the SGM on 25th Jestha, 2076 (8th June, 2019) at Hotel Satyam, Gorkha from 11 AM onwards. Similarly, Aarthik Samriddhi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be convening the SGM on 25th Jestha, 2076 (8th June, 2019) at Hotel Mustang Plaza, Bandipur from 11 AM onwards.
The agenda of both the SGM is to endorse the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the Due Diligence Audit (DDA) for the process of acquisition by Sadhana Laghubitta.
The merged entity will be operating under the name of Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. The swap ratio for the same has been determined at 100:80. Investors holding 100 units of Aarthik Samriddhi Laghubitta will be getting 80 units shares of the merged entity after the completion of acquisition.
