Sewa Hydro to convene AGM on Chaitra 19, 2076; Find the agendas

Sewa Hydro Limited will be convening its thrid AGM on Chaitra 19, 2076 Wednesday at its registered office located in Baneshwor, Kathmandu from 1 PM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Falgun 15, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by Chairman on behalf of the BOD.
- Approval of the audited financial statements of FY 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for the year 2076/77 and determination of remuneration.
- Election of Directors.
