Seti Finance AGM on Poush 19; 15% dividend & 50% Right in offing

Kailali based-Seti Finance Limited (SETI) is going to hold its 9th Annual General Meeting on Poush 19,2071; which will endorse 10 percent bonus share and 5 percent cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The bank is also set to approve the proposal to issue 2:1 ratio right share to its shareholders which is subject to approval from AGM. The report clearly stated that the right issue is after issuing bonus share.
The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Mangsir 28 to Poush 19, 2071.
Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir 25 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and also the merger and acquisition.
Last year Seti Finance Limited offered 15 percent bonus and 10 cash dividend to its shareholders.
