Today is the last day to hold the shares of Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) to be eligible to apply for its 100% right shares.
The shareholders holding the shares till Kartik 27 i.e. today will be able to apply for its 2:1 right issue.
After the issue of right shares, the paid up capital of the company will increase by Rs.3 Crore and stand at Rs.9 Crore.
