Second Provincial 5S Hockey Championship 2025 to Be Held in Bhaktapur

The Bagmati Province Hockey Association is organizing the "Second Provincial 5S Hockey Championship 2025" on Jestha 25 and 26, 2082 (June 8–9, 2025), at Royal Nepal Futsal in Dibyashwori Planning, Madhyapur Thimi-2, Bhaktapur. Teams from Bagmati, Gandaki, Koshi, Sudurpaschim, Madhesh, and Karnali provinces will participate.

According to acting president Ram Raja Basnet, the event aims to promote hockey in Nepal, identify provincial talent, and elevate the sport to the international level. This is the first time Bhaktapur has hosted a provincial-level hockey tournament. Winning teams will be awarded trophies, cash prizes, and certificates.
