SEBON urges investors not to engage in portfolio management business with unauthorized portfolio managers; check out the list of 29 certified institutions

Securities Board of Nepal has issued a notice asking all the agencies not to operate as a portfolio manager without being registered with the board for the portfolio management service. The board citing the provisions in Securities Regulation Act 2063 has indicated that all such unregistered practices will be considered as illegal and has urged all the investors not to do business with such unregistered agencies.

The board also made clear that following institutions are registered with it to provide portfolio management service:
