SEBON to kick start live interactive radio program addressing issues of sharemarket investors from upcoming Baisakh 4; Radio Kantipur to air the program every first Wednesday of the month from 7:30 a.m.

Securities Board of Nepal, as per its planning and policies for the current fiscal year, is all-set to launch the live radio program to address the issues and concerns among the Nepalese investors. The live interactive program will be broadcasted in Radio Kantipur for which the MoU has also been signed between the board and the radio station on Chaitra 29, 2075.

The live interactive program will be on-air on every first Wednesday of the month from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. in Radio Kantipur. As per the agreement, the first program will be aired on Baisakh 4, 2076.

Similarly, the board has also been airing a radio program from Radio Nepal from the month of Ashoj this year in a fortnightly basis every Saturday from 7:40 a.m. to 7:55 a.m.

With the existing radio program and the upcoming live interactive program in Radio Kantipur, the board aims to produce informed citizenry in Nepal regarding the sharemarket and the investment opportunities.
