SEBON selects 46 institutions to work as institutional investors for upcoming IPOs floated under book building method; aims to attract more real sector companies to go public

Securities Exchange Board of Nepal has selected 46 institutions out of the total 62 applicants who had submitted their application to work as institutional investors for the upcoming IPO issues which would be floated following the book building guidelines.

The board aims that the new provision will soon encourage more number of real sector companies to float IPOs and go public using the book building method, as per the media statement.
