SEBON revokes licence of Krishna Galli based Beed Invest Limited; can no longer function as merchant banker
Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has scrapped the licence of Beed Invest Ltd to work as merchant banking institution for failing to renew its operation licence with the board. The licence of the Krishna Galli, Lalitpur based merchant banker has been revoked as per the provisions outlined in Securities Act 2063, reads the statement issued by the board.
