SEBON launches revamped website, reveals number of publications and commences first edition of quarterly investors interaction program

Chairman of SEBON Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki has inaugurated the new website of SEBON and CDSC on Ashoj 17, 2075 amid the ongoing celebration  of week long international investors week 2018. Dr. Karki also unveiled the latest publications about the recent development in Nepalese stock market and different service providers and stakeholders in sharemarket at the same event.

The event was also attended by Deputy ED of the board Mr. Krishnaraj Pokhrel, CEO of CDSC Mr. Dev Prashad Gupta, Acting director at NEPSE Mr. Niranjan Phuyal, head of Rating Department at ICRA Nepal Mr. Kishor Prasad Bimli among others.

In addition, the board also conducted the first quarterly interaction program with investors and people from different areas related to stock market of Nepal. participants in the event reiterated the long-held demands of the investors that include the demand to begin effective margin trading, to provide investment opportunities to NRNs, to provide brokerage licence to commercial banks among others.
