SEBON inks MoU with ICAN; both institutions to work under mutual collaboration and share information for creating accountable equity market

Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) have inked an MoU for mutual collaboration and sharing of the information.

The MoU was signed between the chairman of the board Mr. Bishma Raj Dhungana and the chairman of ICAN Mr. Madan Krishna Sharma amid a program.

The board expects that the recent partnership will help in the flow of timely and unbiased information about the equity market of the nation which would help to make the entire equity market more trustworthy and transparent, as per the media statement.
