SEBON conducts interaction event with 120 law practitioners and court judges; evaluates role of independent judiciary in growth of capital market

SEBON in association with Bar Association of the Supreme Court has concluded an interaction regarding the legal provisions and role of court in the securities market of Nepal on Magh 25, 2075. The event with 120 participants from legal background was chaired by senior advocate and chairman of the association Mr. Khagendra Prashad Adhikari and was also attended by the Hon. Judge from the SC Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, chairman of the board Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki, Acting MD of NEPSE Mr. Niranjan Phuyal, advocate Mr. Shiva Prashad Rijal who all presented in various subject maters.

The event highlighted the role of legal professionals and the courts to make the capital market more mature and professional with the courts’ jurisdictions in future days.
