SEBON approves 70% right shares issue proposed by SLICL; paid up capital of the company to reach Rs.1.92 Arba post right issue

Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) had given approval to proposed 70% right shares of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL).
The life insurance company will be issuing 7,923,300 unit right shares for its shareholders.
NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issuance.
After the issuance of 10:7 right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs.1.92 Arba. The company will require to raise its capital by Rs.8 Crore to reach the minimum requirement of Rs.2 Arba.
