SEBON approves "10% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2084"; Prabhu Bank collecting Rs 2 arba via this issue

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved "10% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2084" of Prabhu Bank Limited.

The bank is issuing a total of 20 lakh units debentures at par of Rs 1000 raising Rs 2 arba in total. The debentures will yield 10% per year for a period of 8 years. Out of the total offered units, 8 lakh units have been separated for the general public and mutual funds while the remaining 12 lakh units have been separated for private placement.

Nabil Investment Banking is the issue manager of this debenture issuance.

Earlier, the bank had issued "10.25% Prabhu Bank Debenture 2086" worth Rs 1 arba. The units are already listed in NEPSE.
