SEBON Adds IPO Shares of Four Companies To It's Pipeline

The IPO proposal of National Biotech Limited (NBTL) has been added to SEBON's pipeline.

National Biotech has submitted a proposal to issue 10 lakhs shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. This IPO issue will generate Rs. 10 crore for the company.

NIMB Ace Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for this issue.

It is only after the approval from the regulatory board SEBON, the company can float the shares to the local and the general public.

Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal Limited (Infomerics Nepal) has assigned the rating of IRN B (Is) [Single B (Issuer)]. Issuers with this rating are considered to have the high risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.

National Bio Tech Limited (NBTL) is a Public Limited Company incorporated on October 30, 2014 in the name of National Bio Tech Private Limited. Further the organization has been converted into public limited company on July 09, 2024. It specializes in the production and distribution of highquality organic fertilizers and complementary agro products, targeting the enhancement of soil health and sustainable farming across Nepal.

The IPO proposal of Sabha Pokhari Hydropower Limited (SABHA) has been added to SEBON's pipeline.

Sabha Pokhari Hydropower has submitted a proposal to issue 10.75 lakhs shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. This IPO issue will generate Rs. 10.75 crore for the company.

RBB Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed the issue manager for this issue.

It is only after the approval from the regulatory board SEBON, the company can float the shares to the local and the general public.

ICRA Nepal has assigned an issuer rating of [ICRANP-IR] B- (pronounced ICRA NP Issuer Rating B Minus) to Sabhapokhari Hydropower Limited (SHL/ the company). Issuers with this rating are considered to have high risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations

Sabhapokhari Hydropower Limited (SHL) is a public limited company, incorporated on May 23, 2007. SPHPL is setting up Lankhuwa Khola Hydroelectric Project (LKHP) in Sabhapokhari Rural Municipality, Sankhuwasabha District of Nepal having installed capacity of 5MW, run-of-river project. The project is proposed to utilize available head and flow from Lankhuwa Khola (River), which is a tributary of Sabhapokhari Khola and is designed to take water from Lankhuwa khola to generate 29.17 GWh of energy.

The IPO proposal of Eastern Sahara Company Limited (ESCL) has been added to SEBON's pipeline.

Eastern Sahara Company has submitted a proposal to issue 27.50 lakhs shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. This IPO issue will generate Rs. 27.50 crore for the company.

Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for this issue.

It is only after the approval from the regulatory board SEBON, the company can float the shares to the local and the general public.

Care Ratings Nepal Limited (CRNL) has assigned the issuer rating of ‘CARE-NP BB’ to Eastern Sahara Company Limited (ESCL). Issuers with this rating are considered to offer moderate risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations, in Nepal.

Eastern Sahara Company Limited (ESCL) is a public limited company, incorporated on November 27, 2022. The share capital of the company, inclusive of advances as share application money, stood at Rs. 323 Mn as on mid-July 2024 and at Rs. 1,100 Mn as on mid-April 2025. The company has invested in companies engaged in automobiles-trading, agro-processing, micro-finance, hydropower etc.

 

The IPO proposal of Budhanilkantha Heritage Hotel Limited  has been added to SEBON's pipeline.

Budhanilkantha Heritage Hotel has submitted a proposal to issue 49.50 lakhs shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. This IPO issue will generate Rs. 49.50 crore for the company.

Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for this issue.

ICRA Nepal has assigned an issuer rating of [ICRANP-IR] B+ (pronounced ICRA NP Issuer Rating B Plus)to Budhanilkantha Heritage Limited (BHL or company). Issuers with this rating are considered to have a high risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.

Budhanilkantha Heritage Limited was incorporated as a private limited company in November 2018 and converted into a public limited company on October 04, 2021. BHL is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) operating a five-star hotel with 99 keys in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu under the brand ‘Lemon Tree Premier’. The company has entered into a franchise agreement for 15 years with Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.The five-star hotel commenced partial operations on March 9, 2024, and has been fully operational since mid-September 2024.
