SEBON adds IPO of Ajod Insurance to its pipeline; Company issuing 30 lakh units with CARE Rating of Grade 4

Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) has added IPO issuance of Ajod Insurance (AJOD) in its pipeline.
The insurance company is going to issue a total of 30 lakh units at a par of Rs 100 to raise Rs 30 crore.
NIBL Ace Capital is the issue manager.
Global IME Capital ad Kumari Capital are the underwriters of the issue.
CRNL has assigned grading of ‘CARE-NP IPO Grade 4’ to the proposed Initial Public Offer (IPO) of AJOD Insurance Limited (AIL). ‘CARE-NP IPO Grade 4’ indicates Below Average Fundamentals.
