SEBON Adds Another IPO Shares of Two Investment Companies to It's Pipeline

The IPO proposal of Nexgen Management and Equity Solutions Limited has been added to SEBON's pipeline.

Nexgen Management and Equity Solutions Limited has submitted a proposal to issue 12,50,000 shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. This IPO issue will generate Rs. 12.50 crores for the company.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this issue.

It is only after approval from the regulatory board, SEBON, that the company can float the shares to the local and the general public.

CARE Ratings Nepal Limited (CRNL) has assigned a ‘CARE-NP BB’ issuer rating to Nexgen Management and Equity Solutions Limited (NMES), indicating a moderate risk of default in meeting its financial obligations on time in Nepal.

Nexgen Management and Equity Solutions Limited (NMES), established in 2018 by professionals from the industrial, business, banking, and insurance sectors, was initially formed to operate as an asset reconstruction company and address rising non-performing loans in Nepal’s banking sector. However, due to the lack of a specific legal framework and regulatory uncertainties, it has not yet fully entered asset reconstruction activities. Currently, NMES focuses on investment and corporate advisory services, while planning to establish a subsidiary in the future to undertake asset reconstruction activities.

The IPO proposal of Baidik Investment Company Limited has been added to SEBON's pipeline.

Baidik Investment Company Limited has submitted a proposal to issue 28,35,000 shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. This IPO issue will generate Rs. 28.35 crore for the company.

Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this issue.

It is only after approval from the regulatory board, SEBON, that the company can float the shares to the local and the general public.

CARE Ratings Nepal Limited (CRNL) has assigned a ‘CARE-NP BB’ issuer rating to Baidik Investment Company Limited (BICL), indicating a moderate risk of default in timely servicing of its financial obligations in Nepal.

Baidik Investment Company Limited (BICL) was established in 2011 as a private limited company and converted into a public limited company in April 2026. The company primarily focuses on investments in the hydropower sector and had a share capital of Rs. 830 million as of March 11, 2026.
