SEBON Adds "7 yrs, 7% NMB Power Bond 1" to Pipeline

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added "7 yrs, 7% NMB Power Bond 1" to its pipeline. The size of the bond is Rs 5 Arba.
NMB Bank Limited will be issuing 5,000,000 units of bond at Rs 1000 per unit. The total of 20 lakh units is for the general public, and the remaining 30 lakh units are for private placement.
Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager of this bond issuance. The application was sent to SEBON on Baishakh 11, 2082.
