Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) has submitted a proposal to SEBON to issue an FPO.
The company wishes to issue a Further Public Offering (FPO) for 46,730 shares to raise Rs. 4,672,954.50 for the company. Like an IPO, the general public can apply for the shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share.
Kumari Capital has been appointed as the issue manager. The application was submitted to SEBON on Bhadra 18.
Note that Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) was formed after a successful merger between Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SLBS) and Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI). Its joint operation commenced on 19th Chaitra, 2078.
The company will now issue an FPO to increase the public shareholding ratio of the company by 30 percent. The current promoter to a public shareholding ratio of the company is 70.36: 29.64.
