SEBON adds "10.25% EBL Debenture 2083" in its pipeline; Everest Bank to bring 10 lakh units of debentures

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added "10.25% EBL Debenture 2083" to its debenture pipeline.

Everest Bank (EBL) is issuing debentures worth Rs 1 arba. The debentures will yield 10.25% interest for a period of seven years. The bank is issuing a total of 10 lakh units at par value of Rs 1000 per unit, of which 4 lakh units are for the general public and 6 lakh units is for private placement.

NIBL Ace Capital is the issue manager of the right issuance.

EBL also has "8% EBL debenture" which will mature in 2079.
