Sayapatri Hydropower Limited has published a notice today regarding its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be convened on Ashwin 25, 2076 at Eight Degree Restaurant, Jwalakhel, Lalitpur from 1 PM onwards.
The agendas of the meeting are:
-Discussion and approval of Annual report for the year 2075/76 along with financial statements.
-Appointment of Auditor for the year 2076/77
