Satyanarayan Manandhar new BoK chairman

Satyanarayan Manadhar has been appointed the chairman of Bank of Kathmandu. A meeting of the board of directors of BoK took the decision on Monday.
At the special general meeting held on Sunday, Manandhar was elected unopposed to represent the promoters group along with Ramesh Dhungel and Santa Bar Singh Thapa.
Likewise, the four directors chosen to represent public shareholders are Balram Neupane, Govinda Sharema, Chok Narayan Shrestha and Hem Subedi.
