Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited Unveils Book Closure Date for its 10% Dividend; Calls AGM on Ashwin 25

Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited (SAPIL) has called its 5th AGM on 25th Ashwin, 2083. The meeting will be held at Hotel Jungle Spa Pvt. Ltd., Godawari, Attariya, Kailali, starting at 01:00 pm that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 28, 2083 proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. 10% bonus share worth Rs. 3.40 crore, along with Rs. 17,89,474 in cash dividend, has been proposed for tax purposes. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 34 crore.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2083/84. Additionally, there is also an agenda item to elect/nominate four directors, including one representative from the public shareholders and three representatives from the promoter shareholders’ group.

The book closure date is Ashwin 13. Thus, shareholders who held their shares before that date are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
