Sarathi Laghubitta and Naya Nepal Laghubitta to commence joint operation from Ashwin 5

After a successful merger, Sarathi Laghubitta and Naya Nepal Laghubitta are going to commence their joint operation from Ashwin 5, 2077.

The operation will from now on, be carried out in the name of Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

The capital, funds, and responsibilities until the last day of Naya Nepal Laghubitta will now be taken by Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha's (NNLB) trading was halted from Magh 21, 2076 after the microfinance company signed an agreement for merger and acquisition with Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. It is to be noted that Sarathi Laghubitta has not issued its IPO and hence listed in NEPSE yet.
