Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company (SJCL) calls AGM on Poush 24; No Dividend for FY 2076/77

Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Limited (SJCL) has called its 10th AGM on Poush 24, i.e. January 08.

The 208th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 26 has decided to organize the AGM in Chilime Hydropower Company Limited's meeting hall in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. The meeting will commence at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

-Endorse the annual report of FY 2076/77.
-Endorse the fiscal year's cash flow and related parameters.
-Appointment of auditor and approval of their compensation.
-Misc

The company has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Books will be closed from Poush 17 to Poush 24. Thus, investors maintained before Poush 17 can attend the 10th AGM of the company.
