Sanjen and Rasuwagadhi Hydropower IPO allotment to be done on Baisakh 19 at the presence of Minister Barsha Man Pun

The allotment process of Sanjen Jalvidhyut Company Limited and Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited IPO shares will be done tomorrow (Baisakh 19, 2076) at 3 PM in the meeting Hall of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu.

The allotment process will be done in the presence of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister honorable Barsha Man Pun.

Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Limited under the “Janata ko Jalavidhyut” scheme of government has closed the issue of  54,75,000 units ordinary shares worth Rs 54.75 crore to the general public from (Baisakh 12, 2076). This issue was opened since Baisakh 6, 2076.

As per the issue manager Citizens Investment Trust, a total of 303,701 applicants have applied for more than 1.41 crore units of shares till closing day. The issue was oversubscribed by almost 2.83 times.

Similarly, Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited has also closed the issue of 1,02,63,150 units ordinary shares worth Rs 1.02 arba to the general public from (Baisakh 12, 2076).

As per the issue manager Siddhartha Capital Limited, a total of 307,000 applicants have applied for 1.76 crore units of shares till the closing day. The issue has been oversubscribed by 1.88 times.
