Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower to convene 2nd AGM on Ashadh 31; Agreement for consortium loan to be made

Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited has published a notice regarding its 2nd AGM which will be convened on Ashadh 31, 2075. The meeting will be conducted in Global Café & banquet Hall, Dhumbarahi at 11:00 AM.
The main agenda of the meeting is to make Consortium Loan Agreement for the development of the project and to provide authority regarding the same.
The other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial report for the fiscal year 2073/74, appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year and to provide approval to the changes made in the board of directors.
The hydropower company operates a 54 MW project at Taplejung district.
