Sanima Mai Hydropower to holds it’s AGM on Mangsir 21; no div. this time

Sanima Mai Hydro Power Co. Limited is holding its 3rd Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 21 as per the notice published today.
The major agenda for the AGM is approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and appointment of auditors.
The company has also announced the date of its book closure for the purpose of the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) from Mangsir 5 to Mangsir 21, 2071.
