Sanima Mai Hydropower proposes 10% bonus; AGM on Poush 27 and Book closure on Poush 07

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) 10.5263% dividend for its shareholders.
The Board Meeting held on Mangsir 25, 2076 has decided to propose 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend for tax purpose from the profit till FY 2075/76.
The company will be convening its 8th Annual General Meeting on Poush 27, 2076. For that purpose, the book closure is on Poush 07, 2076. Therefore shareholders maintained on the books on Poush 06, 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim dividend.
The company had distributed 10% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend during the previous fiscal year.
