Sanima Life Insurance's net premium rises by 98.43% in Q4; EPS and Net worth stands at Rs 6.09 and Rs 108.71 respectively

Sanima Life Insurance Company Limited (SALICL) has published its fourth-quarter report of fiscal year 2076/2077 with a decline in net profit by 4.25%. The company’s earnings decreased to Rs. 8.53 crore in this quarter from Rs. 8.91 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

As per the unaudited report for the fourth quarter published today, SALICL has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.40 Arba with a reserve of Rs. 12.20 crore.

The company has Rs. 95.08 crore in life insurance fund and Rs. 1.34 crore in the contingent fund.

The Net Premium rose by 98.43% to Rs. 82.93 crore till Q4 of FY 2076/2077 from Rs. 41.79 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. The company has earned Rs. 7.54 crore from income from investment, loans, and other headings.

The company’s net claim increased by 73.47% to Rs. 76.26 lakhs till Q4. The company’s number of policyholders stood at 27,218 till Q4 of FY 2076/2077.

Its earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs. 6.09 whereas Net worth per share stood at Rs. 108.71.
