Sanima Life Insurance to convene AGM on Mangsir 06, 2076; Major agenda regarding IPO issuance

Sanima Life Insurance will be convening its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 06, 2076 (November 22, 2019) at Hotel Yellow Pagoda, Kantipath, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The 23rd Board Meeting held on Kartik 03, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman along with financial statements for the year 2074/75 under NFRS system.
- Appointment of Auditor and determination of the remuneration for the same.
- Regarding IPO issuance of the company.
