Sanima Life Insurance (SLI) Proposes First-Ever Dividend

Sanima Life Insurance Company Limited (SLI) has proposed a 4.42% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. This is the company's first dividend after being listed in NEPSE.

The 70th meeting of the board of directors held on Chaitra 29 has decided to distribute 4.2% bonus shares and 0.22% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The company has a paid-up capital of Rs. 2 Arba.

The dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM and Beema Samiti. As of writing, SLI has an LTP of Rs. 542.
