Sanima launches real estate loan

KATHMANDU, OCT 9:
Sanima Bank has introduced real estate loan for individuals wishing to purchase a land for the purpose of building a house. This loan product called ´Sanima Awasiya Ghaderi Karja´ comes with affordable interest rate payable in 15 years, says a banks statement. "This product is targeted at those who are planning to build their own home on their own land," adds the statement.
