Sanima Insurance Company Limited will be convening its 1st AGM on Chaitra 3, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Hotel Yellow Pagoda, Kantipath, Kathmandu at 11:30 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting include
- To discuss and approve financial statement of FY 2074/75 as per NFRS reporting standard.
- To endorse audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
- To elect 4 directors from promoter shareholders group.
- To change the name of the company from Sanima Insurance Company Limited to Sanima General Insurance Company Limited.
