Sanima GIC Insurance Proposes 5.2632% Dividend for FY 2081/82

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) has proposed a 5.2632% dividend worth Rs. 11.31 crore for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 179th Board of Directors meeting on Falgun 29 has decided to distribute a 0.2632% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 56.57 lakhs and 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 10.75 crores. The existing paid-up capital of SGIC is Rs. 2.15 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, SGIC closed at Rs. 497.00.
