Sanima GIC Insurance and Citizens Capital Sign Right Share Issue Management Agreement

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited and Citizens Capital Limited signed a Right Share Issue Management Agreement in Kathmandu.

The agreement, attended by Mr. Sudyumna Prasad Upadhyaya, CEO of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited, and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha, CEO of Citizens Capital Limited, outlines that Citizens Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited, will manage the issuance of 5,000,000 units of right shares for Sanima GIC Insurance Limited.

This agreement signifies a strategic partnership aimed at efficiently handling the right share issuance process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing shareholder value for Sanima GIC Insurance Limited.
