Sanima General Insurance (SGI) Postpones AGM till Further Notice

Sanima General Insurance Limited (SGI) has postponed its 3rd AGM. The meeting was supposed to be held on 11th Jestha, 2078.
These were the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report, financial reports, and auditor's report for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
3) Election of two board members representing the general investors.
Baisakh 29 was the book closure date for the AGM. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM if it is rescheduled in the future. For now, the AGM has been postponed till further notice.
As of writing, SGI has an LTP of Rs. 789.
