Sanima General Insurance Reschedules AGM for 23rd Ashar, 2078

Sanima General Insurance Company Limited has rescheduled its 3rd AGM for 23rd Ashar, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Kamaladi, starting at 10: 30 am that day.

The meeting was supposed to be held on 11th Jestha, 2078 earlier this year but it was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

These were the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorse the annual report, financial reports, and auditor's report for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
3) Election of two board members representing the general investors.

Baisakh 29 was the book closure date for the AGM. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM if it is rescheduled in the future.
