Sanima General Insurance convenes its 3rd AGM; elects two new BoDs from public shareholder group including other regular proposals

Sanima General Insurance has convened its 3rd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Khemraj Lamichhane on Asad 23, 2078.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the insurance company for the previous fiscal year as presented by the chairman.
The AGM has also elected Ms. Prapuja Pokharel and Mr. Prakash Man Shrestha as BoDs of the company from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
The young non-life insurance company currently provides its services from its 20 different branches and is mulling over to open furthermore branches to expand its service delivery, as per the media statement.
